Shipping policy

We work around the clock to get all shipments out as soon as possible.

All orders are shipped with 3-5 business days after processing (excluding holidays and weekends).

Confirmation emails are sent when orders are placed. Once products are shipped emails containing tracking information are sent.

Missing Package Policy:
At Influence Athleisure, we value your experience and take every step to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once a package has been scanned as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers from Influence Athleisure to the customer.

We understand that missing packages can be frustrating, and we’re here to help guide you through the next steps.

If your order shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Double-check your surroundings – Please check with household members, neighbors, or your building’s front desk or mailroom.
  2. Allow 24–48 hours – Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive.
  3. Contact the carrier directly –
  4. If your package still hasn’t been located after the carrier’s investigation, please email us at support@influenceathleisure.com with your order number and claim reference.

Our Commitment

While Influence Athleisure is not responsible for packages once marked “Delivered,” we want every customer to feel supported. In select cases, we may offer a one-time courtesy replacement or store credit, subject to product availability and at our discretion.

Tip for Future Orders

For added peace of mind, we recommend shipping to a secure location or requesting signature confirmation for high-value items.
