Shipping Policy

Effective Immediately 

This Shipping Policy governs all purchases made through www.influenceathleisure.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing times may extend during:

  • Product launches
  • Restocks
  • Holiday periods
  • Promotional events
  • Pre-order releases

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Influence Athleisure reserves the right to extend processing times when necessary without penalty.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Influence Athleisure is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather delays
  • Mechanical failures
  • Customs delays
  • Incorrect delivery scans

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, responsibility shifts to the carrier.

3. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are solely responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for:

 

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
  • Packages returned due to address errors
  • Delivery to forwarding services

If a package is returned due to customer error:

 

  • The customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages (Marked Delivered)

 

 

 

 

If tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.

 

Influence Athleisure is not liable for:

  • Stolen packages
  • Misplaced packages
  • Packages delivered to multi-unit dwellings (apartments, dorms, offices)

Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

 

We recommend:

  • Shipping to secure addresses
  • Selecting locations with monitored delivery

5. Signature Confirmation

 

 

 

 

Orders above a specified value may require signature confirmation.

 

If signature is required and delivery is missed, the customer is responsible for coordinating redelivery or pickup with the carrier.

Failure to retrieve the package does not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

 

 

 

Items marked Pre-Order have extended processing times clearly stated on the product page.

 

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept the estimated production and fulfillment timeline.

Pre-order cancellations are not guaranteed once production has begun.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we reserve the right to ship them together unless separate shipping is purchased.

 

 

 

7. Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Protection

To protect our customers and brand:

 

  • Orders may be flagged for verification.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.
  • Additional ID or address verification may be required prior to shipment.

By completing a purchase, you confirm:

  • You are the authorized cardholder.
  • You approve the transaction.
  • The billing and shipping information provided is accurate.

Unauthorized transaction claims will be investigated and disputed with supporting documentation, including:

  • IP address confirmation
  • Billing match verification
  • Carrier delivery confirmation
  • Signature confirmation (when applicable)

Fraudulent chargebacks will be formally contested.

8. Shipping Insurance & Claims

If shipping insurance is purchased or included:

 

Claims must be filed within 5 days of marked delivery.

Failure to notify us within this window voids eligibility for assistance.

9. Refused Shipments

 

 

 

If a package is refused at delivery:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.
  • Restocking fees may apply.

10. International Orders

 

 

 

 

International customers are responsible for:

 

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT fees
  • Clearance delays

Refusal due to customs fees does not qualify for a full refund.

 

11. Policy Acceptance

  • Our Return Policy
  • Our Fraud Prevention procedures

All policies are enforceable upon checkout.
